Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager – Data Centers in Riyadh, Saudi to lead the construction of innovative data center projects. This role will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to achieve key project milestones.

Monitor progress, budget, and schedule, making necessary adjustments to stay on track.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the construction process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues and maintain project momentum.

Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior leadership and clients.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

12+ years of construction management experience, with a focus on data centers or similar facilities.

Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
