Job Description A qualified Construction Manager will have advanced knowledge and comprehension of building plans, knowledge of planning and forecasting construction schedules, proficient in managing multiple projects and details simultaneously and strong budget management and client relationship skills. They should be able to successfully oversee up to 10 residential new-build construction projects from ground breaking initial construction to completion. Will work cross functionally on logistics coordination with other design team members, and should be comfortable having a high degree of communication with clients & subcontractors on a daily basis. Should be skilled in problem solving & resourcing on the job, while ensuring work meets building code & quality standards.
