Position Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and management of the project schedule and budget. Responsible for managing and driving the assigned team members and ensuring they have the support needed to complete their assigned projects. Builds a thorough understanding of current work processes and systems and coordinating with department leadership to validate. Responsible for developing project plans related to Lean process improvement initiatives including but not limited to accurate tasks, dates, dependencies, resources related to the initiative, etc. Engages with department leadership to review and evaluate project plans and objectives in an effort to support various initiatives. Responsible for ensuring participants engage in the initiative, scheduling and management of meetings and developing minutes as necessary to document and track progress Establishes quality and performance targets (including value propositions before and after implementations) Collaborate with the design and planning branches of the department to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase of the project development. Collaborate with Architectural and Construction Management teams for Construction Services to ensure the design lends itself to an efficient work environment. Act as a member of the overall Construction Services implementation team and serve as a liaison to ensure the goals and timelines of the overall project are adhered to. Directly manages a portion of the junior staff within the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in a Construction related field or equivalent based on experience. Minimum 10 years operational construction experience with an emphasis on healthcare.
