We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Senior Consultant, Finance Strategy & Transformation** to join our team in Madrid. This role is key to supporting our ongoing finance transformation project, aimed at improving our controlling and reporting landscape. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of finance-related processes and tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to visualize complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing tasks while serving as a sparring partner in finance-related discussions.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
+ Project Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and track progress to ensure the successful delivery of the finance transformation project.
+ Presentation Development: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate complex concepts and project updates to stakeholders.
+ Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and improve finance-related processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
+ Sparring Partner: Provide strategic input and insights to support discussions on finance processes, reporting, and tools.
+ Tool Expertise: Leverage knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools (e.g., Tagetik) to enhance reporting capabilities.
+ BI Tools: Work with BI tools like Qlik to support data-driven decision-making and improved reporting.
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance consulting, transformation projects, or related roles.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics) and CPM tools (e.g., Tagetik).
+ Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) is a strong advantage.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create visually impactful presentations.
+ Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
