Major Duties:
Take the lead role in facilitating complex onboarding requirements liaising with Fund Managers, vendor Electra, Client Servicing Managers/ clients and other internal teams and providing creative solutions to meet client needs.
Display technical expertise in the product as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex queries, escalations, fire call scenarios, projects, product developments for both Onboarding and Support functions.
Responsible for direct interaction with vendor, fund managers, partner areas, client servicing, clients and senior management including representing the Fund Peek Through product during sales and client product overview discussions as well as other high-profile presentations.
Conducts technical and data analysis on product and process gaps as required which may lead to product developments and initiatives.
Assists in coaching, training and development of new hires and junior team members and provide support on process improvement initiatives.
Provide oversight, guidance and product expertise to both Onboarding and Support functions in breaking down complex issues and recommending best course of action on resolutions.
Develop teams for various projects and initiatives through proper guidance and in-depth training and knowledge sharing sessions.
Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas.
Provides leadership, oversight and consulting to the team and partners at a high technical level impacting quality of own work and the work of others.

Knowledge:
Technically competent on functional and industry knowledge is required

Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant Finance/Accounting preferred, but not required
8 or more years of relevant industry experience
Provides informal guidance to team members
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
