What IT Strategy & Governance contributes to Cardinal Health:

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value. IT Strategy & Governance maintains multi-year strategic IT investment plans for assigned areas of the enterprise and develops business cases and internal buy-in from business leaders by aligning IT investment plans with business needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Basic finance knowledge is mandatory
• Knowledge related to project charter & strategic financial planning submission
• Governance role and compliance issue follow up and mitigation
• Ensuring compliance on licensing cost, develop effective strategy on licensing
• Effective program management
• Understanding contract clause and ensuring alignment as well as identifying improvement opportunities
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills
• SAP experience preferred but not mandatory
• Timing – 3:00pm to 12:00am IST OR 5:30am to 2:30pm EST (to cover extended US period)
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
• Team player who possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Enjoys detailed and challenging puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independently
• Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to switch contexts between highly technical and business-focused topics quickly and easily

Job Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid working model of 3 days weekly from office)
