Vintura is a Cencora company.

As a Senior Consultant, Life Science at Vintura, you are responsible for complete consultancy projects from start to finish. You stay in close contact with the client on all matters relating to their project and you are in charge of the joint analysis, designing the project structure and splitting the issue into several smaller modules to be handled by team members whom you will supervise. You hold presentations at client’s offices. As time passes, the acquisition of projects and maintaining good relationships with clients becomes a greater focus in your role.

This role will be hybrid based in Munich, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 times per week.

Consultants should possess the ability to be both ‘hero’ and the ‘helper’ to our clients. This means that Vintura is looking for candidates who are able to come up with a creative approach every time. Vintura’s jobs are not standard and standard solutions do not apply. Candidate requirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

a university degree

> 3-5 years of strategic consultancy experience, preferably with top-level consultancy organizations,

experience in healthcare or life sciences (strongly preferred),

excellent command of English and a fluent command of at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish or French. For positions at the Munich office, we prefer candidates with very high German language proficiency

This job requires you to be naturally smart and analytical, with strong social skills and a people-oriented personality. You have the capacity for structured reflection and rational thought and you are very good at analyzing complex issues. Your creative and conceptual abilities allow you to make new connections. You prefer to work with the customer to devise original and effective solutions.

You possess leadership qualities that allow you to inspire others. You are able to clearly and convincingly share your findings with clients and you feel comfortable working and communicating at all organizational levels. Teamwork skills, excellent communications skills, showing initiative and good delivery are essential qualities. You are naturally curious and are able to see new opportunities in conflicting interests and uncertainties.
