Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant, Sr. Performance Analyst
Sr. Performance Analyst role for the Ops Analytics Team will be to support Supply Chain Operations, especially in the Transportation Shipping Analytics domain, focusing on reporting infrastructure improvement, develop innovative reporting solution through data analysis, metrics creation, and dashboard development (Power BI Modeling, Power BI Report Dashboard building). This role will help develop data structures and reporting systems to provide insight to business roadblocks, enable decision making and arrive at actionable business solution. The candidate should have a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilties
• Analyzes business operations, product creation process, process improvement initiatives and develops metrics to successfully measure performance.
• Identifies opportunities to define new KPIs while constantly monitoring data quality.
• Analyzes data and develops metrics in partnership with the stakeholders to successfully measure performance targets.
• Identifies creative ways to integrate systems to provide data slices at the different product hierarchy levels in a Supply Chain Organization
• Analyzes Supply Chain and Operations effectiveness and support development of metrics to report performance.
• Implementation of robust, high performant data models for detailed summarized data needs
• Upgrade and optimize existing data models. Research opportunities to continuously improve and optimize data model performance.
• Analyzes and transforms raw performance data into actionable insights.
• Executes data infrastructure projects to deliver high quality, automated reporting mechanisms to all levels of the Operations and Leadership teams.
• Creates Power BI Metadata reporting for Ops Analytics Assets management( example: Asset tracker, Dataset refresh Status, Report usage, Reporting object usage)
• Collaborates with cross functional departments to integrate enterprise strategy into the performance analysis.
• Monitor and triage daily issues identified in Power BI service or reported by Stake Holder for support.
• Develop and document specifications and standard work processes for Supply Chain Analytics and KPI definitions derived.
• Ability to work and switch between multiple projects based on changing priorities.
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics/Finance or equivalent experience.
The Skills You'll Bring:
• Experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Experience in SQL querying for data analysis, helping answer business questions
• Eexperience working with Power BI service, Power Automate Power BI Fabric experience.
• Experience working on Power BI Metadata modelling, DAX and Power query writing.
• Experience in extracting data and reports in distributed, cloud SQL databases such as AWS Redshift, Single Store
• Experience analyzing structured and semi-structured data across data warehouses, operational databases, and data lakes.
• Experience working in the Supply Chain organization, Transportation Shipping Analytics
It's Not Required but Nice To Have:
• Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Operations industry is a Plus.
• Strong attention to detail; highly accurate and thorough in all tasks
• Experience in working in team-oriented, collaborative, and cross-functional setting.
• Strong time management skills to deliver high quality work for multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to draw conclusions/insights and translate those findings to develop recommendations for leadership action.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong learning capability to adapt to ever changing technologies and techniques.
• Experience using JIRA system for project task tracking.
• Experience using GitHub.
• Ability to make decisions and work independently.
• Understanding and experience with retail and production business analysis and processes
