FP&A is made up of advisors who are influential in decision-making and partner with finance leaders to drive meaningful strategic and financial outcomes. Within FP&A, the Strategic Analytics (SA) team integrates big data analytics, strategic thinking, and deep firm knowledge to provide leadership with insights to drive informed decision-making and enable continued growth. The team partners with business and operational leaders to provide an impact by leveraging data and analytical tools, strategic thinking and hypothesis-based analysis. Specific responsibilities and qualifications for the Senior Consultant role are outlined below. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related subject + Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Finance experience + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available + Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas: + Financial reporting and analysis + Planning and forecasting + Project management + Data analysis, management, and visualization + Work with senior leadership + Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Preferred: + Advanced education degree a plus + Experience in a professional services firm is a plus + Proficiency in Tableau + Ability to travel as needed The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,900 to $140,600.
