40We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant - Change Communications to join our Change Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing & leading effective communication strategies that achieve change adoption. You will work closely with leadership, various departments and project teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
What You’ll Do:
Support Bellin Gundersen in the implementation of the change management framework (currently GE Change Acceleration Process, or CAP).
Serve as the change leader on high-priority projects and strategic initiatives.
Design, coordinate, and execute strategic communications plans to support change initiatives.
Collaborate with internal communications teams to ensure messaging aligns with the organization's overall goals, culture, and mission.
Track and measure the success of communication efforts, including impact, acceptance rates, and outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, English, or a comparable field. Master’s degree preferred.
Five (5) years' experience in a communication role, or other relevant experience related to change management, consulting, organizational readiness, and/or user adoption with enterprise organizations required.
This is a hybrid position but candidates must live within reasonable driving distance to La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI.
