Senior Consultant – Employee Health and Benefits

Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Consultant, preferably based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to join our Employee Health and Benefits Consulting Team and manage a portfolio of clients across Australia, delivering world-class guidance and efficiency.

We will count on you to:

Manage a diverse portfolio of 45 to 50 clients, ensuring that each receives the highest standard of service and supportProvide expert guidance for group life, salary continuance, and health insurance that meets the unique needs of our clientsConduct thorough annual reviews and produce insightful reports that reflect our commitment to transparency and accountabilityDrive growth by acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities to deliver more service within existing accounts, demonstrating initiative and foresightBuild and maintain strong internal relationships, fostering collaboration to ensure our clients receive seamless service

What you need to have:

Proven experience in relationship and account management within the insurance sector, preferably at a brokerageStrong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to navigate complex data and guide decisionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to forge and maintain robust client relationships
