What the day will look like Act as “owner” of specific dataset and/or market Serve as intermediary between account managers and internal and external clients and stakeholdersReview and provide feedback on the work of associates Prepare reports, exhibits, summaries, presentations, and recommendations for client deliverables Manage the deliverable schedules to ensure timely completion of projects Be accountable for all methodology/analysis/output on each staffed project Assist with client management through industry or technical research and through frequent positive interactions with client representatives Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular and proactive communications Provide regular mentorship and developmental feedback to associates Develop summary reports including findings and recommendations Assist in overseeing key areas of firm research Assist in new business/firm development activities (e.g., speeches, white papers, etc.) Assist in managing a business line’s revenue and expenses Assist in recruitment and training of associates Assist in various ad-hoc projects How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Senior Consultant – Equity Valuation at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. Come on board and reap the rewards. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Statistics or Mathematics, Finance, Economics. Other majors will also be considered. Having industry certification (e.g., Actuarial exams, CCP, CECP, or CEP) is a definite advantage 5+ years of experience in a data analysis, financial modeling, or an actuarial role Ability to work independently in a consulting operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents Strong foundation in employee equity valuation is preferred Working knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation, and creative problem solving Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of work Organization skills, detail oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VBA a plus), PowerPoint, and Word Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills Has an “eye for detail,” while not losing sight of the bigger picture Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in managing a project and/or a team is a definite plus How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
