Rewards, Senior Consultant - Financial Services McLagan is currently recruiting a Senior Consultant to join our Talent Solutions team. You will be primarily responsible for relationship management and data-led reward consulting projects for the financial services sector. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Hong Kong office. What the day will look like + Manages reward product in the broader financial services domain comprising of compensation and benefits survey production, data analysis and insight generation. + Delivers complex, data-led reward projects (e.g. customized benchmarking, market practice studies) independently, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and project profitability. + Becomes a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in an industry sector and contributes to the development of junior colleagues. + Owns and builds strong client relationships to drive client engagement. + Collaborates across teams to develop client solutions. + Contribute to enforcing a positive, productive, and engaged Aon culture. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + 8 years of work experience for large financial institutions and/or professional firms. + Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required. + Naturally curious about data. Excellent analytical skills. + Creative and proactive problem-solving skills. + Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team on multiple projects. + Excellent communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
