Lead client projects. Goal is to structure & coordinate the activities of a team of consultants and/or associates in developing a coherent strategy, together with the client. Key role in maintaining & reinforcing client relationships. Seen by client as business advisor in mid-management levels.

Responsibilities

Frost & Sullivan’s APAC operation is in the process of recruiting a Senior Consultant for the APAC Healthcare Consulting Team. Project focused and with excellent strategy and implementation skills, work is both on an individual basis and as part of a project team. The suitable candidate will play a critical role in the delivery of project initiatives. Reporting to the Head of consulting, the Senior Consultant will lead, coordinate and manage the consulting and implementation projects right from planning, developing, executing and finalizing the deliverables. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver high quality output. This role will be a client facing role in terms of leading project execution (75-80%) and 20-25% of the time for business development.

Core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Work closely with the strategy and operation teams to understand key client requirements and formulate project deliverablesDesign and develop approach interventions and strategic itineraryImplementation of project deliverablesUndertake increasing responsibility in the delivery of all project deliverablesReport the project status on a regular basis to the project manager and/or clientIdentify issue and risk associated mitigation plans and communicate to leadershipData analysis and industry researchPerform business and process analysisPerform feasibility assessment and formulate alternative solutionsDiagnose and assess capability within business functionsRun focus groups and facilitate workshops within deliveryPrepare and present to clientsActively contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and supporting sales opportunitiesCapture and develop Intellectual Property 

 

Qualifications Fluency in Japanese (speaking, writing, and reading) is a pre-requisite for this role.Master’s Degree in Business AdministrationAt least 8-10 years of working experience in consulting of which at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory positionExperience with research, consulting or implementation in areas of medical device, connected health, healthcare services etc.Broad understanding /desire to learn of the current market/ technology trendsConceptualize research framework and approach and successfully execute projects within defined timelinesExperience in managing projectsWell-organized and detail-orientedTake ownership to work independently with remote supervisionCan multi-task and meet tight deadlinesDisciplined and adhere to high-quality standardsA strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business What will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan?
