Qualifications:

\n\nMinimum 9 to 13 years of relevant business analysis experience and expertise in core banking implementations and in-depth knowledge and experience in – retail banking, digital banking Trade processing, position management and digital channels.\nStrong experience in Loan Management System functions, requirements and processes and managing requirements with demonstrated large scale implementation experience\nDemonstrated experience in delivering business analysis and requirements management activities for TEMENOS Transact / Transact solution implementation\nStrong Business Analysis capability particularly in requirements management and co-ordination of implementation of large-scale programs\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience in managing diverse set of stakeholders and conducting effective workshops\nExcellence in managing business analysis documentation capabilities and in producing BA deliverables including business requirements, functional requirements, user stories\nStrong experience in process documentation and driving change management for leading banks in Philippines\nExperience in data analysis and data migration involving Temenos Transact\nStrong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.\nStrong team player and good interpersonal skills\nWell-versed in industry developments and trends in the relevant functional domain\nExperience in driving digital initiatives with business and operations will be an advantage\nAbility to adapt to different software development methodologies, e.g. Agile and Waterfall projects\nPassion to drive solutions and deliver project\n\n
