As a senior consultant, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and a talented team of consulting professionals to help organizations improve their business results, develop elite workplace cultures and produce meaningful change.

What you need:

Master’s degree  At least five years of consulting experience and two years of people management experience  Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts  Ability to work in a demanding environment, with a focus on organizational growth and performance  Eligibility to work in India; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
