The Team:

Our Supply Chain Network teams help clients transform their value chains into competitive weapons. We drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and increase responsiveness through proactive insights and decision-making. We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.Improve customer service operations and develop cost-effective supply chain acquisition solutions.Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.Assist in proposal development, as requested.Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, engineering, analytics, or related field.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearances.Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

Understanding of Supply Chain Management – basic knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, logistics and distribution.Analytical thinking – ability to analyze data and trends for better supply chain decision-making.Data Analysis tools – familiarity with tools like Excel, PP and basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).Technical skills – awareness of IoT technologies and their impact on supply chain efficiency and monitoring.Communication skills – proficiency in communicating effectively with various stakeholders within and outside the organization.Problem-solving – capability to identify issues and develop practical solutions in supply chain management.Adaptability – willingness to adapt to new challenges and changes in the supply chain environment.
