Job Description:
Overall Role
Be a thought leader in the marketplace
Client Relationship Lead: Be a friend, an advisor, and an advocate for our clients. Build personal relationships.
Identify market opportunities, communicate them to leadership and the practice leads, help define offerings to meet those opportunities
Innovate year over year to help our clients and improve the legal industry
Be a public voice for Fireman at conferences and social media
Partner with leadership to drive the sales pipeline
Sell individual engagements and portfolios of work that will help our clients succeed
Onboarding
Meet with each Practice Group Leader (PGL) for an orientation of Fireman
Attend practice group meetings regularly to keep in touch with the evolution of our offerings
Collaborate with leadership to fully understand our current vision for the company and contribute to its refinement
Support PGLs in sales calls and become proficient in our message to talk about our services in a holistic way individually
Travel to NY and meet with our clients
Immediate Sales Needs
Focus on Data Modernization, Intranets, and help evolve the Unified Legal Workspace Concept
