Job Description:
• Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects.
• Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications.
• Skilled in using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, providing input to developers and working as an individual contributor.
• Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
• Develop system documentation, including process flows and design documents.
• Oversee upgrade cycles and implement new release features to support business users.
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology and service offerings based on user feedback.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
• Work to extend ServiceNow capabilities across geographies and departments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• CAD and Implementation certifications are preferred.
