We are seeking a talented individual to join our Senior Consultant - Claims Advocacy at Marsh. This role will be based in the Seoul. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Consultant - Claims Advocacy, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients through the claims process, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes. You will leverage your expertise in claims management and advocacy to provide strategic guidance, develop tailored solutions, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
We will count on you to:
Provide coverage and claims strategy guidance to clients on claims with moderate coverage issues (고객사 대상 보험금청구 관련 컨설팅 제공)
Monitors insurer responses and engage with insurers & their professional advisers on moderately complex queries and policy coverage discussions to support a smooth review of claims for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely and accurate claims processing.
Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on claims management best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact clients.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in insurance claims (10년 이상 관련 업종 경력자 - 손해보험사 보상/ 손해사정법인 등)
Loss adjuster’s license is a plus (손해사정사 자격증 소지자 우대)
