Senior Consultant Content Management

YOUR IMPACT 
You will apply your blend of business and technical skills and consulting methodologies to gather and analyze information, design solutions, and ensure their successful implementation based on unique customer requirements. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will be integral in delivering high-quality Professional Services engagements and contributing to developing solution designs and strategic deployment roadmaps. 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

Lead the delivery of Professional Services engagements with precision and excellenceDemonstrate technical leadership in OpenText™ Content Management (Extended ECM) solutions, encompassing various areas such as Content Server Community, Information & Security Modelling, Customizing, Records Management, Workflow, and ReportingCollaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions tailored to their requirementsContribute to project documentation and participate in multiple projects concurrentlyConduct presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to engage diverse stakeholdersCultivate strong client relationships and provide mentorship to junior consultantsAdhere to internal standards and best practices for consistent project delivery
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

10+ years of professional experience in customizing medium to complex ECM solutionsProficiency in OpenText™ Content Management (Extended ECM), Content Server APIs, Web Reports, Connected Workspaces, Workflows, and Records ManagementAbility to communicate effectively with technical and business-focused team members. work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environmentKnowledge of on-premises and cloud enterprise software deploymentsFamiliarity with cloud technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Terraform), development standards & technologies (e.g. OWASP, Secure Programming, REST, Python, GitLab CI/CD) and agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum)Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skillsVery good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
