(Senior) Consultant Corporate Development & Strategy (m/f/d)

Join our Corporate Development & Strategy team, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, from corporate-level strategy, over M&A to business unit optimizations. Your primary focus will be on supporting business units with strategic planning, execution, and market expansion efforts.

 

Your Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic projects, independently managing (sub-)projects to completion. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis. Facilitate and moderate workshops with senior management. Support organizational transformation by providing data-driven insights for decision-making. Advise BU management and board representatives on market opportunities while fostering industry relationships. Act as a sparring partner for team members, enhancing methodological and technical competencies.

 

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in management consulting, in-house consulting, and / or business development. Preferred: Familiarity with the FinTech sector (particularly in Collections and / or B2B finance context) and some hands-on experience in this area. Proven success as a project manager, with a strong track record of initiative implementation. Strong networking skills, with the ability to build meaningful cross-functional relationships. A combination of analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills. A collaborative mindset, ambition, and drive to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
