As a Senior SAP S/4HANA\nConsultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients\nnavigate complex ERP transformations, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA.\nYour expertise will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from\nstrategy and planning to implementation and go-live with a strong business\nvalue perspective. You will collaborate with a team of talented professionals\nfrom BCG and Platinion on local and international projects, ensuring the\nsuccessful planning, deployment and optimization of ERP systems.

·       \nPlan,\nexecute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes\nto identify value for our clients

·       \nDevelop\nand define ERP target architectures for comprehensive IT landscapes leveraging\ntechnological innovation and anticipating future trends   

·       \nDefine\nand implement program organization and governance to successfully execute the\nproject and deliver identified business value of transformation

·       \nManage\nsourcing of system integrations partners and software solutions

·       \nPrepare\nand finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and\nbusiness proposals

·       \nEvaluate\nongoing ERP projects and systems against defined business goals and quality\ncriteria, and develop action plans for improvement

This is how you\nmake a difference

·       \nA\ndegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a\nrelated field

·       \nAt\nleast 4 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects

·       \nProven\ntrack record in managing end-to-end ERP transformations leveraging industry\nstandard approaches, e.g. SAP activate

·       \nIn-depth\nknowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated enterprise technology (e.g.,\nintegration architecture, cloud deployment options, extensibility of the\nsolution)

·       \nFamiliarity\nwith SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI, SAP\nAnalytics Cloud

·       \nExceptional\nanalytical and conceptual thinking capabilities

·       \nStrong\nclient and result orientation with excellent communication and presentation\nskills

·       \nTeam\nspirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams

·       \nFluent\nin German and English (written and spoken)
