We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Deals Advisory team based in Bratislava. 

Who are We?

Our Deals team has a strong track record of successful deals for top clients in the region. We are expanding our Valuations and  Financial Due Diligence team where you will have a chance to collaborate with a team of dedicated consultants on delivering interesting projects.

We combine our financial expertise with data-driven insights to create value for our clients across all stages of the deal lifecycle. We offer expert advice on buyer/vendor due diligence, vendor assistance and valuations.

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Conduct financial due diligence, including analyzing financial statements, assessing financial risks, and identifying key deal drivers.

Perform diverse tasks related to valuation and modeling advisory services for a range of industries and scenarios, including valuating businesses, intangible and tangible assets, and handling specific modeling projects, applying various valuation techniques.

Develop financial models, create and/ or review business plans, conduct financial analyses.

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic insights, and deliver tailored advisory solutions.

Prepare clear and well-documented reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and tax advisory, to ensure seamless transaction execution.

What are we looking for in You?

3-5 years of experience in financial due diligence and/or valuation.

Strong financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel, valuation methodologies.

Knowledge of financial statement analysis under IFRS and/or Slovak GAAP.

Experience in project management and handling multiple high-quality projects.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach junior team members.

Experience with client facing projects.

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, being flexible and organised.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively, Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak.

Salary (brutto): from 2250 EUR (final salary depends on candidate's experience)
