What You’ll Be Doing

As an integral part of the  Frontline Platform Strategy team, reporting to the Director, Frontline Platform Process Transformation, the Senior Consultant, Frontline Platform Process Transformation will be accountable for establishing and managing end to end frontline platform processes impacting client and user experiences, by initiating and leading strategic process optimization projects and programs directly resulting in improvements for the platforms and channels supported by Personal and Business Banking.  The Sr. Consultant, will focus on applying best-in-class practices in Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management methodologies, to implement improvements to business processes, customer experience and operating efficiency. You will ideate and collaborate with people at all levels in the organization, creating partnerships to deploy innovative solutions building the bank of the future.

How You’ll Succeed

Process and Project Management - You will build a culture of collaboration with stakeholders across various channels and products to assess and evaluate impact of changes proposed to frontline platform processes, acting as the process owner.  You will also work with the partners in various lines of business to identify unseen gaps and improvement opportunities within platform processes, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement impactful changes across the organization with positive client and user experience. 

Cross-functional Collaboration - You will build strong strategic relationships with the ability to negotiate and influence business partners to ensure alignment of initiatives and individual deliverables across dependent process improvement and client experience initiatives. You are a great listener with excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely to partners in all levels of the organization.

Problem Solving - You will develop creative and innovative approaches, solutions to resolve issues, utilizing data analysis techniques and voice of client/user information. 

Who You Are

You can demonstrate 5 - 7 years of work experience in applying process improvement methodologies and project management best practices. It's an asset to have Lean Six Sigma and/or Change Management certification.
