What the day will look like Responsible for ‘knowing’ his/ your clients and prospects Maintaining regular contact with client and growing relationships within their organization - both health relationship, but also introducing other solution lines to a client Leading changes of client contacts and ensuring any transitions are smooth Developing senior relationships in an organization - i.e., C-suite Implementing the engagement agreement and modifying as required Ensuring the revenue received is adequate for the work required Implementing Aon Client Promise discussions and activity and ensuring that identified clients participate in the ACP survey Ensuring that client happiness (as measured by the Net Promoter Score and/or through our formal client happiness check-in to be defined1) is high and identifying jeopardy situations in a timely manner, developing a strategy to support the save of an account Conducting annual planning meetings and developing strategy with support from Delivery Lead(s) Leading general client communications (legislative updates, etc.) Meeting regularly with the Delivery Lead(s) to ensure understanding of the client deliverables and their timing Joining the DL for client meetings, developing a strong partnership/team approach with the DL Actively leading opportunities in Aon Connect Onboarding new clients by ensuring coordination with finance, business units, etc. so that contracting, and engagement compliance is complete Leading budgets, forecast in Client Planner Issuing invoices (if applicable) in a timely manner, minimizing write downs Ensuring commissions (if applicable) are received in a timely manner and accurately reflect expected levels Ensuring that the value of our services is well understood by the client In conjunction with sales, responsibility for hosting and supporting client roundtables and maintaining clarity with various industry organizations (CPBI, HRPA, other) within the local market. How this opportunity is different The Senior Consultant will ensure year over year growth of client revenue by expansion of revenue/services to existing clients and working with Producers (to and from them) to establish relationships with prospective clients to support new logo revenue, new logos identified by Producer, RFP, Global and local relationships. Skills and experience that will lead to success Hands-on experience in the Health Benefits realm is required Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or similar area of focus is helpful but not required Consistent track record to build, maintain and expand effective professional relationships across multiple partner groups High levels of Emotional Quotient/Intelligence (EQ) and eye for business Natural curiosity coupled with a positive mentality and approach to problem solving Life Insurance license will be required within 12 months if not already held How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
