Job Title: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job description: The Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant provides strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients and teams in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time Labor, Health Safety, and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is required).Use Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations Extensions.Client engagement

Requirements:

Minimum 5-9 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (70% Technical, 30% Functional)Total Life Cycle Implementations: Over 5 (including partial implementations)Hands-on experience working on Fusion exposure to EBS.Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formulas.Possess solid experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.Superb communication Interpersonal Skills.
