Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Work with client teams on projects around IT Transformation, Simplification, and Automation along the target operating model

• Setup projects and run project management office

• Meet project deadlines and complete deliverables in high quality

o Analyze stakeholder, client needs, influence factors, and provided data bases

o Prepare, facilitate, and document client meetings, project charters, reports, concepts, solution proposals, communications, and other project/agile artefacts

o Manage project timelines and communications

• Act autonomously in your day-to-day tasks and support in troubleshooting, problem resolution, conflict- and client management

• Work with agile methodologies and retrospectively reflect on optimization potentials

• Develop and present ideas to evolve Allianz Consulting service offerings as well as get involved into internal Allianz Consulting events and initiatives

• Contribute to sales pitches and Key Account Management activities

• Create impact and add value to our customers

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management consulting, especially

o IT consultancy or Project-/Program Management

o Methods and techniques related to IT implementation/transformation

o Tools in process development, analytics, and/or automation

o Working with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels

o Change Management and target group-oriented communication

• Advanced skills in Office 365 including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

• Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in target operating models and looking holistically at organizations

• Passion about creating real impact and finding smart solutions

• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team

• Fluency in English and German in writing and speaking
