Relationship Manager/Consultant – RevenueGPS

What the day will look like
RevenueGPS is a global team responsible for producing a quarterly industry performance survey for Equities brokers. As a relationship manager you will be responsible for independently owning a set of bank and brokerage clients, acting as the main intermediary between the client and our business. Daily responsibilities include:
+ Presentation of quarterly meetings to clients – by drawing conclusions and insight from our data, Relationship Managers can advise clients on market trends, company performance, and best practices within their equities business.
+ Balancing all day-to-day client needs including ad hoc requests, coordinating meeting follow ups with our analysts, bespoke data requirements and supporting in any complementary consulting offerings.
+ Maintaining relationships through regular informal catch ups with clients – regular interaction is vital for collating feedback from clients to help drive product development based on client needs and to identify any potential commercial opportunities to upsell.
+ Assist in revenue generation tasks including new business pitches, project proposals, quote generation and contract negotiations where necessary.
+ Staying up to date with market news, researching existing and emerging trends in banking and capital markets and our clients’ business

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We are eager to hear from individuals with client facing experience who can confidently interact with all levels of a business, are comfortable spending multiple hours each month presenting to external clients and who have a desire to develop and maintain long term client relationships.
Successful candidates may have:
+ 5+ years relationship management, consulting or any other relevant client facing experience.
+ Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal & written communication – Candidates should be confident presenting and engaging with all levels of a business on a day-to-day basis.
+ Experience interpreting large datasets, with the ability to derive meaningful insights and stories from qualitative and quantitative data
+ Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple client’s needs and deliver to strict deadlines.
+ A background in banking, capital markets or broader financial services industry including previous equities experience or derivatives knowledge is a plus
