Principal responsibilities

Accountable for Leading the testing team to deliver Regional Payments project(s)Support a testing team with a global array of talents and responsibilities to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budgetCommunicate with diff stakeholders on testing team plan/supply and reporting progress and riskCarry out detailed requirements analysis on project scope, test strategy selection and automation execution planWork with test members on sprint/release regression test with high automation coverageInnovate usage and performance of existent automation codeCoordinate with diff role stakeholders and drive for issues resolutionForesee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testingProvide consultant to test teams on process and work efficiency optimisationHold knowledge share activities and keep uplift test team capabilityResponsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes
