Principal responsibilities

Technical Leadership:Lead the architecture and implementation of GCP-based solutions, ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and reliability.Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.Infrastructure Management:Design, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.Implement and manage release engineering solution to streamline process to meet change control.Collaboration:Work closely with use case teams, including software developers, product owners, to align on project goals and deliverables.Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Monitoring and Incident Response:Set up robust monitoring and logging solutions using Google Cloud Monitoring, Stackdriver and setup integration with bank’s problem management tools.Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct root cause analysis to improve system reliability.Documentation:Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure setups, deployment processes, and operational procedures.Establish and enforce best practices for cloud operations across the organization.
