Principal responsibilities
Manage all the Machine learning related milestone and deliverables for cognitive automation product.Be the Machine learning SME of the team and guide the team to complete the machine learning delivery.Work closely with the vendor on Machine learning solution development and assessment.Support any Machine learning PoC to help driving business decision.Support Model review and governance.Develop and deploy the machine learning solution for Cognitive Automation through different platform GCP, Ali CLoud, IKP etcManage and main all the coding standard and improve the development quality.Develop and retain a high level of understanding of business and IT systems requirements, to enable appropriate support and guidance to be given to Teams.Defines test strategies for global change, champions and directs change implementations to deliver faster and better. Own and standardize test strategy model to ensure different projects / programmes are running the similar approach.Lead/Manage and provide direction for the production of test estimates, Test Strategies, risk assessments, scripting and execution so that these are completed satisfactorily.Demonstrate and apply excellent business domain knowledge.Lead functional testing team for SIT, UAT and OAT etc. Lead/Manage the completion of all functional testing projects by establishment and strong monitoring of schedules/resources/costs ensuring completion to agreed quality expectations.Initiate and/or support continuous process improvement to achieve productivity and efficiency gains. Provide cost benefits as required.Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently meeting and delivering upon their business needs; demonstrating and being respected for your domain knowledge.Manage all onshore and offshore global testing resources in all testing activities to achieve project goals.Manage project risks as they relate to quality and mitigate impacts to deliverables.Coordinate with various participants and teams to prepare test cases, data set-ups and test environments.Work as the Test Manager on testing project, and manage the ODC vendor team on the project delivery, and quality assurance.Participate to vendor management on the billing and delivery.Some careers have more impact than others.

Experience on different Machine Learning technology e.g. NLP, LLMs, OCR etc.Experience on Python Java development Understanding the cloud deployment technology include GCP, Ali CLoud etc. Posses strong technical capabilities(API,Microservices), knowledge and experience on DevOps, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Agile control Framework.
