Principal responsibilities

This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:

Perform technical support to users and perform change requests from users.Mainframe system maintenance and hardware/software evergreen.Setup automation to reduce manual interventions in the z/OS infrastructure.Consolidate and reduce infrastructure complexity.Risk and Cost Management.Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services.Mainframe machine upgrade.Mainframe Super Stack maintenance.Disaster Recovery Drill practice.Monitor the capacity of IBMz products.Perform a Technical Project Management role for large zSeries infrastrcutre projects.IBMz hardware/Software design, configuration, implementation and support.
