What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to conduct an organizational assessment and implement significant organizational changes related to recently passed legislation.
Develop operating concepts, operations models, and governance modelsFacilitate client meetings, interviews or work groups around key topics such as: strategy, organization structure, people, process, governance, and technologyWork collaboratively in a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operationsWork with diverse stakeholder to drive towards consensusLead the development of work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client implementationDevelop business process improvements to existing programsProvide change management recommendations to clientsDevelop communications and executive presentations for agency leadershipAssume responsibility for managing senior level clients
