Senior Consultant - Support Engineer

 

4+ years of experience in L1, L2 Support (Application and Environment) with the following skills

Experience and Java and SQL/PLSQL ITIL Certification  Automation and Deployment Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures. Experience in troubleshooting code and database and provide/suggest fixes  Experience in providing support for complex applications in a multi country deployment  Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal Should be open for working in shifts and provide weekend support.
