Key responsibilities / You will get to:
• Complete client engagements under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
• Analyze customer needs and develop creative concepts to best serve them
• Provide support to existing clients while ensuring efficient key account management and help and coach more junior project team members
• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned tasks until completion
• Discuss with your Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
• Manage communications and project timelines
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements/What we hope you bring:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant insurance industry and/or consulting experience (preferably in the Life Insurance or Asset segments)
• Project Management & Change-Management experience
• Knowledge of Project- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in high demanding environments
• Conceptual and implementation experience
• Facilitation, sales, and conflict management skills
• Strong team player with high assertiveness and willingness to go in the lead for topics
• Experienced communicator with senior management stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
