Responsibilities:
Building trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholdersProvide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstaclesImprove clients’ performance with risk mitigation methodsWorking in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with othersGenerate new and expanded business opportunitiesLead the national Client Service teamDay-to-day this might include:
Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projectsProject managing client deliverablesBringing technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums and policiesRecommend suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums and policy structuresBeing a mentor in business development and colleague developmentDiverse work to keep it interesting:
