MMB’s Workers Compensation Consultants are the experts at bringing holistic solutions to risk management and claims for some of Australia’s largest national clients.

Responsibilities:

Building trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholdersProvide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstaclesImprove clients’ performance with risk mitigation methodsWorking in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with othersGenerate new and expanded business opportunitiesLead the national Client Service team

Day-to-day this might include:

Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projectsProject managing client deliverablesBringing technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums and policiesRecommend suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums and policy structuresBeing a mentor in business development and colleague development

What you need to have:

Relevant Degree (desirable)Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or closely related roleThorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditionsCurrent Driver’s LicenseStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience in coaching and mentoring of clients and colleagues
