YOUR IMPACT 

As part of our Professional Services unit, you will support our enterprise customers form the lifescience and manufacturing industry with the design, development and integration of our digital content and extended document management solutions (OpenText xECM) into customer applications such as SAP ERP, SAP Cloud or Salesforce. 

 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

As a Senior Consultant xECM you will be analyzing, optimizing and designing automated business processes

This includes the creation of both functional and technical concepts that are tailored to our customers

You will be advising our customers on best practices

You will be contributing to the project documentation

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

Several years of professional experience in ECM sytems (or ERP or CRM)Knowledge in OpenText extended ECM (xECM), e.g. WebReports, Templates, Business Workspaces, Smart View, CS Widgets, Webforms, eSign & Workflows

Proficiency in software development, e.g. ABAP, .Net, web technologies

Experience within the pharmaceutical or lifescience industry

Experience within cloud environments is beneficial Good communication skills English
