Senior Content Analyst

Your Team's Impact

The Senior Content Analyst is responsible for support and operations areas of development including such tasks as troubleshooting, administration, QA testing, and documentation. They will assist in the preparation of product specifications for enhancements and new products.

What You'll Do

Carries out product/content projects, documenting findings and providing background analysisConducts comprehensive application & workflow testing & further QATakes ownership of test plans for product/content setsConsistently contributes to project meetingsAssists and participates in the creation of content integration and enhancement specification documentsAbility to effectively communicate and discuss product and project requirements with assigned engineering teamOther duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree preferred)Advanced degree preferredStrong analytical, problem solving skillsAbility to work independentlyQuick learner; ability to apply skills and past experiences in new situations

Desired Skills

Knowledge of the financial industry, specifically fundamental data, a big plus
