To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Content Manager, Commercial Business located in Austin, TX or US Remote.
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications, the Senior Content Manager, Commercial Business will responsible to developing and executing technology marketing content plans, as well as writing short- and long-form content for owned, earned, and paid channels, to support Flex's enterprise strategies in key markets. You will oversee digital and social content that enables Flex’s go-to-market plans for revenue goals.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop and execute technical marketing content and content plans aligned with enterprise goals as well as brand and market-specific messaging across multiple channels.Collaborate with Flex executives and technical subject matter experts to uncover insights and proof points for high-quality content that showcases Flex’s domain expertise and end-to-end differentiation.Draft and edit long- and short-form content for diverse industries, including technical white papers, case studies, thought leadership articles, and social media posts.Manage digital and social content to support Flex business unit goals and coordinate with functional team leads to ensure effective distribution.Work with creative services supporting Flex’s business units to produce videos, graphics, and presentations and other multimedia materials.Develop templates and guidelines to scale into the business units, adhering to corporate brand standards.Contribute to digital and social performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results and program workflows and plans.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.10+ years of content development experience, in technology industries.Strong digital and content marketing skills, with understanding of branding adherence and messaging alignment.Experience in regulated markets and manufacturing is a plus.Proven ability in writing for various formats and audiences.Foundational understanding of digital technologies, including AI tools.Excellent oral and written communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills, with the ability to exercise tact, discretion, judgement, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.People management experience needed.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
