So, even if you feel that you’re close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply. Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating an effective tender library of information, managing company information, bid, and presentation content, and supporting the bid process to ensure innovation, transparency, and adherence to brand standards. This role involves working closely with the Sales Team to strategize on winning and retaining business, assisting Senior Bid Managers in developing proposal structures, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality bid responses and presentation collateral. How you'll make an impact Develop and maintain a comprehensive tender library, ensuring it is regularly updated in collaboration with other departments. Manage company information, bid, and presentation content to support the bid process. Collaborate with the Sales Team to strategize on business acquisition and retention. Assist Senior Bid Managers in structuring proposals. Write, review, and edit sales content, working with the design team to produce high-quality bid responses and presentation materials. Coordinate and manage bid content, including tender responses and presentations. Work with the business development team to maintain and update central bid content, photography, and written responses. Project-manage sales tenders and proposals, ensuring deadlines are met. Cover for the Senior Bid Manager during absences. Ensure all documents are accurate and professionally represent Gallagher Specialty. Develop content for pre-qualification, RFIs, and tender responses tailored to target markets. Manage sales collateral in line with brand positioning and ensure adequate stock levels. Support the preparation and coordination of presentation materials and logistics. About You Proven experience as a bid manager in the global insurance broking sector. Familiarity with creating high-quality tender proposals or sales documents. Ability to manage diverse teams to achieve efficient proposal outcomes. Demonstrable ability to coordinate teams and processes to meet tender deadlines successfully. Excellent writing and grammar skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, In-Design, and Adobe Suite software. Familiarity with database management. Eligible to work in the UK Personal Attributes: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to foster internal relationships. Highly organized and detailed with the flexibility to meet business demands. Ability to set challenging yet attainable goals and communicate achievements effectively.
