At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. _The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team._ We are seeking an experience Senior Content Solutions Consultant to lead strategic content consulting, education, and evangelism of digital and content marketing on LinkedIn for both international and Japanese brands within our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. As part of the Content Solutions team, you will deliver executive-level, client-specific workshops and educational experiences for LinkedIn’s largest and most strategic customers. You will also champion LinkedIn marketing expertise and best practices across our growing sales teams. About You: + Currently live and work in Tokyo + Fluent English & Japanese language for written and verbal communication to work with Japanese and global teams is essential. + Passionate about the LinkedIn platform and its potential to make international and Japanese brands more productive and successful. + Experience in business consulting, digital marketing & media strategy, and video content creation. + A subject-matter expert and content creator and have an ambition to build a personal brand as the no.1 thought leader in Japan around B2B content and creative + Thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise organization + Enjoys presenting at events and is skilled in presenting both in Japanese and English. + Enjoys researching, composing, and pioneering creative insights tailored to client needs. Note: This position is primarily a customer-facing consulting/strategy role focused on consulting strategic marketing approaches on social media and LinkedIn. While there will be some minor content creation or execution components, it is not a content creator or content management role. Responsibilities and Essential Duties: + Serve as the leading Content Solutions Consultant in Japan, by designing and delivering tailored, interactive and actionable workshops to priority LinkedIn customers. + Collaborate cross-functionally with LinkedIn’s Marketing, Insights, Agency, and Editorial teams to influence mission-critical business decisions. + Develop and execute a regional plan to implement the APAC Content Solutions Consultant team’s vision and mission in Japan. + Pioneer innovative methods to scale content and marketing strategy expertise across LinkedIn’s platform. + Establish a personal brand on the LinkedIn platform as a Japanese B2B content expert by regularly publishing thought-leadership using insights on key marketing topics and trends in Japan and showcasing expertise in content marketing. + Partner with Japanese sales leadership to drive regional growth and exceed regional sales goals and ensure advertiser success. + Represent LinkedIn at Japanese and international industry events, elevating its reputation as the go-to platform for engaging and converting professional audiences at scale in Japan. + Act as the voice of the Japanese customer, providing feedback to LinkedIn’s product development teams to enhance content marketing solutions. + Set a high standard by coaching, developing, and inspiring others, fostering a positive, values-driven team culture. + Lead global initiatives to educate and upskill internal sales teams on marketing and content consulting. **Basic Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in client-facing role, agency, consulting, marketing strategy, media planning, content marketing. + Knowledge of Japan’s unique social media landscape and Western social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok, YouTube, X, Instagram, etc.) or performance/digital marketing (SEM/Display/Paid Social) and the paid media marketplace. + Business Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese **Preferred Skills** + BA/BS in Marketing or related degree, or equivalent experience + Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targeted results. + Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and to work independently in developing and creating value-add content for marketers + Experience in a consultancy position or training position to deliver marketing-specific strategic frameworks to key business stakeholders. + Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and listening skills  + A working knowledge of LinkedIn and its products is preferred + Career focus on B2B client account management experience is a bonus. + Medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word + Proven ability to think strategically and to develop and execute comprehensive programs. + Ability to communicate credibly with senior marketing executives + Must be a highly organized, self-starter that can demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness **Key Attributes: ** + Self-motivated, self-starter; having the ability to work with minimal supervision and still gets stuff done! + Proactive creative problem solver and innovative thinker (Always asking why?) + Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit; Acts like an owner + Quick study – able to pick up and apply new concepts in a hurry + Positive attitude, sense of humor, and a zeal to win + Highest standard of integrity, transparency and honesty **Suggested Skills:** + Collaboration + Communication + Strategic problem solving + Multi-level relationship building + Business and commercial acumen **Global Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates ​** Please follow this link to access the document that provides transparency around the way in which LinkedIn handles personal data of employees and job applicants: https://legal.linkedin.com/candidate-portal.
