Senior Content Strategist

Role Overview
The marketing team at Revinate is focused on both the long term (brand equity building) and the short term (performance marketing, demand generation). 
We don’t see a contradiction in being metrics driven and being creative.
Across different marketing functions (customer marketing, demand generation, product marketing, brand marketing, communications etc), our targets are closely tied to the company’s sales targets.  
We are currently looking for a content strategist at the senior manager/director level.  This role reports into the VP of Brand Marketing and Communications within the marketing department. What You'll DoDefine content strategies for audience in different markets (NA, EMEA, APAC) by performing keyword, industry and competitor research Prioritize data based research in the ideation process to ensure that content produced reaches maximum people Work with marketing leaders to build a strong communications team over timeCollaborate within the wider marketing team to drive content strategy recommendations based on audit findings, content types and templates, sourcing plans, sitemaps and taxonomies, traffic analyses, governance plans, and moreTranslate content strategies into content calendars for the global team to follow and manage these calendars effectively with team supportAnalyze the performance of content and generating actionable reports based on agreed metrics such as site wide traffic, keyword analytics, user feedback, and other performance dataTranslate keyword research and strategy into on-page SEO for website as well as optimizing other content for searchResponsible for planning and strategy of cornerstone lead magnet pieces like quarterly guides, product releases, customer stories and moreManage a team of writers to deliver against quality standards, briefs and optimization playbooks Run experiments to test new processes in content production and distributionSupport marketing team as needed in other areas/functions based on team requirements that necessitate an all-hands-on-deck approachWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fieldExcellent written and editing skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain and enforce high standards of qualityExperience with tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, WordPressA holistic understanding of content marketing and the role it plays in achieving business growth A strong understanding of content distribution channels including search engines, social media, email, and PPC5+ years experience creating content strategies from scratch for B2B SaaS companies5+ experience creating content calendars and writing keyword-driven article briefs that tie into content strategyStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsCollaborative and can-do team spirit Benefits Health insurance-employee premium paid 100% by RevinateDental insurance-employee and dependents’ premium paid 100% by RevinateVision insurance-employee and dependents’ premium paid 100% by Revinate401(k) with employer matchShort & Long Term Disability insuranceLife insurancePaid time offMonthly work from home stipendTelehealth accessEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)$80,000 - $120,000 a yearThis salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s experience, qualifications and location. Revinate values the flexibility of a remote workforce and the benefits of localized hiring.
