Descripción This role will work US hours to support global TA Operations team. It will be a hybrid role & you are expected to work in the office one week each month. Join Gallagher’s Global Talent Acquisition, Center of Excellence team as a Content Strategist, bringing your expertise in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing to drive our content excellence. In this role, you'll design and execute content strategies that align with our employer brand and recruitment marketing objectives globally. Create and curate high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, talent communities, blogs, and career sites. Manage and optimize marketing efforts of conversion, nurturing, and engagement through utilizations of our CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) solutions. Collaborating and partnering with regional and role-specific leads for the customization of organic social and email content that is focused on hiring needs. Utilize your 2-4 years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing to drive content excellence. Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery. Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement. Demonstrate a passion for employer brand and recruitment marketing and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead content creation efforts in partnership with teams globally Acerca de ti 4+ years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing with a strong content focus. Experience working with the US and UK Market. Deep understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing principles. Experience using social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Oktopost. Proficiency in design software and tools like Adobe Suite and Canva. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Proven record of accomplishment in creating engaging and shareable content. Profound understanding of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and how to infuse it into content which will encourage people to apply for roles. Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary. General talent acquisition and recruiting knowledge. Advanced English Level.
