Accountabilities and Responsibilities
What you’ll tackle:

Lead key database and analysis projects to uncover key issues and opportunities with client’s marketing data setup and infrastructure, their data quality, maintenance processes, key segmentation, and potential expansions of lookalike audiences, with the expectation of process documentation in mind for handover of responsibilities. Building dashboards and high-level reports across key reporting platforms in support of campaign optimization efforts, conducting ad-hoc analysis where required. Oversee the pipeline movement of new talents, identifying good profiles for interviews, onboarding new joiners, conducting training & workshops in company best practices of approaching data and B2B issues. Advise the leadership team on new changes and advancements in the field of data analytics that can be levered to further improve standards of deliverables.
