Job Description:
Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our Customer Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and high-quality content across various channels to support our marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in content writing and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Event Marketing: Create engaging collateral for both online and in-person user events, including but not limited to landing pages, event decks, LinkedIn promotions, and promotional emails.
Email Marketing: Experiment and create email content that delivers. Craft compelling drip email campaigns to continue engagement with webinar and event attendees.
Customer Stories: Conceptualize, participate in customer interviews, and write success stories in multiple formats, including case studies, first-person stories and thought leadership.
Sprinklr Community: Curate and produce thought leadership and product content specifically tailored to foster interaction and a sense of belonging.
Monthly customer newsletter: Own the customer newsletter and collaborate within marketing and other product teams to curate content every month. Work on enhancing the performance of the newsletter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
Maintain high standards of content quality and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Take ownership of content projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on creating compelling and persuasive content.
Ability to deliver projects on time while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or marketing organizations.
Prior experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS is highly desirable.
Experience working across time zones and customizing content pieces to various geographies
