Overview

Improve operations by developing and leveraging practical and effective technology solutions. Focus on enhancing performance, streamlining processes, and digital innovation. Ensure that the digital tools and systems we implement are well integrated and increase efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Owner of AMP (Approved Maintenance Program)Owner and system administrator of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)Facilitate and support the collection and processing of postproduction & operation lessons learnt (tool service, assembly, and testing)Visualize equipment status & service priorities.Develop and maintain digital toolbox for improving equipment and fleet overview and insights Work closely with Com Ops to keep hot opportunities requirements accurate and review constraints and opportunities.Design, develop, and maintain software applications, components, web applications, web services, and services components. Participate in architecture discussions and document application design and development.Practical Solution Creation through programming minimal viable product and realization.Focus on data accuracy, efficiency & visualization to user.Initiate and lead digitalization efforts on local siteParticipate actively in local QMS by optimizing and maintaining procedures, processes, and systems.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or technology, or other related field, and five (5) to ten (10) years of experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Senior level role based on proven record of accomplishment, application experience, technical knowledge, high degree of independence and broad range of various competencies,Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma or formal training in continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
