We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a position in Baton Rouge, LA. The Senior Contract Administrator will review, administer and manage complex business contracts, purchase orders and other types of agreements consistent with company's corporate philosophies - i.e. pipe fab, SIPA (scaffolding, inspection, painting and abatement), maintenance and turnarounds, construction, environmental, specialty equipment services, capital projects from all Turner office locations and Client onsite locations, as well as any other types of agreements consistent with company's corporate philosophies. Reports to the Director of Contracts.

Essential Qualifications: \n\nMinimum seven to ten (7-10) years of experience or equivalent combinations of experience and training\nDemonstrated track record of managing high-value and complex contracts\nKnowledge of industry standard contracts, subcontracts, and other types of agreements\nMust be able to redline, draft and revise contracts with applicable contract and risk required language in accordance with company philosophy\nMust have working knowledge of all applicable computer and software programs and platforms in which contracts are digitally transmitted\nRequired to have knowledge of computer software such as Excel, Word, Windows, Google and other various software\nMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills\nMust be self-directed and detail orientated\nMust be able to organize and prioritize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines\nPost offer drug screen and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Group, LLC. Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy\nApplicant\/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the work place\n\n

Functional Requirements: \n

Duties include contract preparation, identifying contractual obligations and risk factors, including drafting, negotiating, analyzing, reviewing and redlining documents and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Interact with home office and on-site management during pre-award and post-award phases regarding contractual issues, including administration of changes to contracts. Assist General Counsel or Assistant General Counsel with gathering discovery requests to support mediation\/litigation\n
