Senior Contract Analyst

Team Overview and Job responsibilities:

We are looking for Senior Contract Analyst to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for contracts/orders administration for Industrial and Construction Business Unit. The Senior Contract Analyst is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This role involves analyzing order data, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the entire order lifecycle from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, analyzing order data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, financial and other areas to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction, developing and implement order management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management and provide regular reports to management, also ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

Train and mentor junior order management staff, providing guidance and support as needed, utilizing order management software and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall supply chain operations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field, working mainly with contracts/orders, backlog, reports, and claims.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads as well as develop new ideas and creative solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Knowledge of SAP and advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel).
