We’ll support your learning and growth as you develop your career with us and work with people across our business to realise your fullest potential. **About the role** The Contract and Invoice Operations Specialist will also have specific on-going responsibility including but not limited to: + Responsible for all Contract and Invoice Operations processes for specific cluster assigned. + Provide support, execution, and adherence to processes to enable an efficient Contract and Invoice Operations process for Diageo customers and call out when appropriate issues are noted. + Use external and internal metrics to reconcile evaluate and control outbound payments and provide challenge where appropriate. + Perform volume analysis and calculate customer invoice amounts. + Ensure a 100% Compliance across all the areas of Invoicing and Audits. + Take Ownership and devise strategies on invoicing processes, nurture the relationship with partners to understand context, payment terms, activation status, etc. + Reporting the Cash on metrics **What you will bring** + Excellent Business English + Proficiency in French or German is a plus. + Highly numerate and detailed with high analytical skills and good reconciliation, accounting knowledge. + Strong interpersonal, numerical, and problem-solving skills. + Identify clear priorities and always focus on them. + Work within and ensure the team works within the commercial timelines and relevant business process guidelines required to implement efficiently and brilliantly. + Awareness of controls and risk management + Build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple partners. + Strong Excel skills + Salesforce, SAP & Power BI Application experience is a plus. **Benefits** + Unique Family Leave opportunity + We work without border - you will work with people from all over the world + You will deal with world class brand portfolio + Wide variety of thematic events, afterwork activities organized by employee communities + Product Allowance to purchase company products from the staff shop + We won the Fittest Workplace Award, of course we have a Gym + Urban legend is true, we do have a Rooftop Bar **Flexibility** This is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time and compressed hours.
